This. I had the same problem. I had to go into my BIOS and manually enable the TPM setting, even though my hardware supported it.

Same here. You could also check if Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS, as that's another common requirement.

You could also try manually reactivating by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and clicking "Troubleshoot" again, but choose the option that says "I changed hardware on this device recently."
