Windows Upgrade Help and more

Has anyone else had issues with the Windows 11 upgrade wiping out custom shortcuts? After upgrading from Windows 10, all my custom desktop and taskbar shortcuts for work apps are just gone. I also keep getting a recurring "0x80070002" error when checking for updates now. It's really frustrating ...
