Agreed, and it's a good idea to also export your privacy settings using the built-in diagnostic tool if you can. Let me know if that works.

+1 This happened to me with my 7700K. The app was right, it's just not on Microsoft's supported CPU list, which was a real letdown. Hope that helps.
