Same here. You could also use `os.startfile('snippingtool')` if you want a simpler way without the subprocess overhead. Let me know if that works.

This. I had the same problem. I finally got it working after enabling TPM and also turning on Secure Boot in the BIOS.

+1 Agreed, that fix works. One extra tip: after enabling it in UEFI, you might also need to change the boot mode from Legacy/CSM to UEFI only. Good luck!

Yeah, Agreed, and for the touchpad lag, try checking for a specific driver update from your laptop manufacturer's website instead of just Windows Update. Let me know if that works.
