Same here. Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Also, double-check that your BIOS is fully updated, as that can sometimes unlock the missing options.

Same here. You could also check if you need to switch the BIOS from "Custom" to "Standard" Secure Boot mode, which sometimes unlocks it.
