Same here. You could also try a clean install from a USB, as that sometimes bypasses stricter upgrade checks. Another option is to look into registry edits to modify the RAM check, but that can be risky and might not be stable.

Agreed. And did you double-check that Secure Boot is actually enabled in your BIOS, not just showing as available?
