I had the same problem. That exact CPU isn't on the supported list, so no amount of BIOS tweaks will get the official upgrade to work.

This. You could also try clearing the TPM from within Windows' security settings, then re-enabling it in the BIOS.

Same here. You could also try temporarily disabling your antivirus, as it sometimes blocks these installers.
