Yeah, Agreed, that's the way to go. Also, make sure you're looking for a BIOS update specifically mentioning "AMD fTPM" or "Windows 11 support." Hope that helps.

I had the same problem. A BIOS update on my Optiplex actually unlocked the Secure Boot menu for me. Good luck!
