Yeah, You could also check if your specific CPU model is even on Microsoft's supported list, since some older i5 chips are excluded regardless of TPM. Let me know if that works.

Also, make sure TPM 2.0 is turned on in there too, it's often on a separate BIOS page. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. My older desktop had a TPM 1.2 chip and the upgrade prompts were relentless until I finally found the setting to pause them.
