You could also try clearing the TPM from the BIOS security menu, as that sometimes resolves Secure Boot detection issues.

You could also try clearing the TPM from within the BIOS security settings, as a stale configuration there can sometimes cause this.

Can confirm. This happened to me with an older i5. I ended up just sticking with Windows 10 for that machine.
