+1 You could also try setting a different default browser in Windows settings, though some apps might still ignore it. Another option is to look into Edge's own settings, since it sometimes lets you pick where links open.

+1 This happened to me with an older Intel chip. I had to go into my BIOS to find and enable the TPM, and that did the trick.

This happened to me too. Even after that BIOS change, I had to clear the TPM in the security settings before the installer would finally cooperate. Hope that helps.
