Yeah, I had the same problem. For me, the real culprit was the TPM 2.0 setting being disabled in the BIOS, even though the chip was there.

Yeah, and just to add, double-check that Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are actually enabled in your BIOS, as the installer can be picky about that.
