You could also check if your specific CPU model is on Microsoft's official supported processors list, as that's a hard requirement. Let me know if that works.

Same here. Yeah, that's the exact headache I had. One more thing: after clearing the TPM, you might need to reboot and re-enable it in the BIOS one last time. Good luck!
