Same here. You could also try reseating your graphics card and its power cables, if you have one. Another option is clearing the CMOS to reset the BIOS.

+1 I had the same problem. In my case, enabling Secure Boot in the BIOS also required me to switch from Legacy/CSM boot mode to UEFI first. Let me know if that works.

I had the same problem. Even after enabling TPM and Secure Boot, the installer hung on a black screen for me until I also cleared my TPM from within Windows.
