Yeah, that CPU is definitely the blocker. Also, have you double-checked that TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS? A quick tip: Microsoft's official PC Health Check app will usually tell you exactly which requirement is failing.

Yeah, This happened to me. I found the toggle under Settings > Personalization > Start to switch it back from "compact" view. Let me know if that works.

This. Yeah, and before buying anything, double-check your BIOS settings because sometimes TPM 2.0 is there but just disabled.
