Not 100% sure, but Yeah, that error can pop up after an upgrade sometimes. Try running the Activation troubleshooter again, but this time choose the "I changed hardware on this device recently" option—that often fixes it for upgrades.

You could also try clearing the TPM from that same BIOS menu, then re-enabling it to see if the Health Check app recognizes it.

Can confirm. You could also check if your motherboard manufacturer released a BIOS update that adds TPM support for older chipsets. Another option is to look into a registry bypass, though that's not officially supported.

I had the same problem on an older board. I had to install a cheap, physical TPM module to get past it. Hope that helps.

Yeah, that combo did it for me too. One extra tip: after you switch to GPT, double-check that CSM is fully disabled in the BIOS or it might still block you.

Can confirm. This happened to me. My motherboard needed a BIOS update to fully enable TPM 2.0, even though the setting was turned on.
