This happened to me with an older i5. I had to enable both Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 in the BIOS, not just one.

+1 And make sure you're using a high-speed HDMI cable that actually supports Atmos, not just any old one.

Can confirm. You could also try running the official Microsoft PC Health Check tool again after a full reboot, sometimes it just needs a fresh scan to recognize the changes.
