You could also try clearing your TPM from within the BIOS, as that sometimes resolves the Secure Boot detection issue.

Same here. I had the same problem. For me, that CPU was the actual blocker—it's just not on the supported list, so no amount of BIOS tweaks worked. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 USB installer, as the one you're using might be corrupted. Hope that helps.
