Can confirm. Yeah, that error's a real headache. One thing to try from that recovery screen is the startup repair option—it sometimes can fix the boot files without wiping your stuff.

This happened to me too. After enabling fTPM, I also had to install a specific AMD driver from their website before Windows Update would recognize it. Good luck!
