This happened to me with the same CPU. I had to enable both fTPM and Secure Boot in the BIOS, not just one.

Yeah, and if you're determined to try, you can look up workarounds for bypassing the CPU check, but it's not officially supported. Let me know if that works.

This. For the printer, have you tried removing the device in Device Manager, unplugging it, and then letting Windows re-detect it after a restart?
