This happened to me with the same CPU. I had to enable both fTPM and Secure Boot in the BIOS, not just one.

Yeah, and just a heads up, after you enable those you might need to also clear your TPM from within Windows before the installer will recognize it. Let me know if that works.

Agreed. You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant tool from Microsoft's website, as it sometimes bypasses the stricter checks of the regular updater.

You could also check if there's a BIOS update for your motherboard, as that can often enable the fTPM setting for older Ryzen chips. Let me know if that works.

This. I had the same problem with my Ryzen. For me, enabling fTPM in the BIOS under the AMD CPU settings finally did the trick.
