You can bypass the TPM check by using Rufus to create a Windows 11 install USB with the right options. Just make sure your PC meets the other requirements, like having a 64-bit CPU and Secure Boot capability. Should do the trick.

I had the same problem on an old laptop. Using Rufus to remove the TPM check worked for me, but I also had to enable Secure Boot in the BIOS first. Let me know if that works.

+1 This happened to me too. I had to use a specific registry edit script along with Rufus to finally get the install to go through.

Can confirm. You could also try using the Media Creation Tool to make a USB installer, then delete the appraiserres.dll file on it before installing.

+1 You could also check if your motherboard has a TPM header to add a module, but that's less common. Another option is using a script called "Skip_TPM_Check" that some folks have had luck with.

Can confirm. Yeah, and if you try that script, just make sure to temporarily disable your antivirus first—it sometimes flags it.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. I used the Rufus tool to create a Windows 11 USB and it let me bypass the TPM check during setup. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, Rufus is solid—did you remember to select the option to remove the TPM requirement when you made the USB?

This. Also, what's the exact model of your older PC?
