Ugh, trying to upgrade this HP ProDesk 400 G3 to Win11 and it’s a nightmare?

I had the same problem. I also had to change the TPM from "Discrete" to "Firmware" mode in the BIOS on mine before it would see it properly.

Yeah, and if you find the TPM setting, make sure it's set to "Enabled" and not just "Available."

+1 Agreed. Also, sometimes you have to set it to "Enabled + Activate" or "Enabled with PPI" in that same BIOS menu.

Agreed. This happened to me. I had to enable it and then also clear the TPM in the security settings before the checker would see it properly.

Yeah, that's exactly it. One extra tip: after you clear it, you might need to restart and go back into the BIOS to enable it again before booting. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem. I had to enable it in the BIOS and also clear the TPM in the security settings before Windows would finally recognize it.
