Yeah, You could also try the registry edit workaround to bypass the CPU check, but it's not officially supported.

+1 Agreed. Just be aware that bypassing checks might mean missing out on future security updates. Good luck!

This happened to me with an older i5. I used the registry workaround and it's been running fine for months now.

I had the same problem on a 7th gen processor. The registry bypass worked for me too, no issues so far.
