Can confirm. You could also try using the official Microsoft PC Health Check app's troubleshooting details, as it sometimes flags specific settings like Secure Boot that need enabling.

Same here. This happened to me with my 7700K. It's a bummer, but that CPU is just one generation too old for the official list.

Yeah, it's a hard cutoff—the 8th gen Intel and newer requirement is pretty strict.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to bypass the checker, though it might not be stable.

Yeah, that CPU is actually on the official unsupported list, so that's why the checker is blocking you.

Agreed, it's a really common frustration with that generation. You could look into a registry edit workaround, but it's not officially supported.

Yeah, and if you do go that route, just remember to create a system restore point first.
