Agreed. Also, check if the microscope has a separate button or mode you need to switch to for file transfer instead of just the camera view.

You could also try a different USB cable, as sometimes the one included only handles power and not data transfer.

I had the same problem. Mine only worked with the original, super short cable it came with—longer cables just charged it.

+1 Yeah, that cable length thing is weird but true. Also, try pressing the microscope's 'photo' button after connecting it—sometimes it needs a nudge to switch into storage mode.

Same here. I had the same problem. It turned out I needed to use the specific, cheap cable that came with it—my better-quality cables didn’t work for data transfer.
