Agreed. Also, make sure you're fully updated on Windows 10 first, as some older drivers can cause that check to fail.

I had the same problem. Even after enabling TPM, I had to go back and switch on Secure Boot in the BIOS before it would finally work.

Agreed. Yeah, and double-check that TPM 2.0 is actually enabled in your BIOS, as HP sometimes ships with it off by default.

Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, it was the secure boot setting that was the final blocker, even after enabling TPM.
