I had the same problem. For me, I had to save the Secure Boot change, exit the BIOS completely, and then reboot back into BIOS before the installer finally recognized it. Let me know if that works.

You could also try clearing the TPM from the BIOS security menu, as that sometimes resolves Secure Boot detection issues.

Yeah, I had the same problem. For me, I had to save and exit the BIOS after enabling Secure Boot, not just enable it and continue booting. Good luck!
