Yeah, and after you enable it in the BIOS, you might need to restart and run the PC Health Check tool again for it to fully recognize the change.

Agreed. I had the same problem. I had to go back into the BIOS and actually enable the TPM security device, not just turn on the setting.

Yeah, this happened to me too. Even after enabling it, I had to clear the TPM from within Windows security before the installer would finally recognize it.

Oh, and did you make sure the TPM is set to version 2.0 in the BIOS, not 1.2?

This. You could also try clearing the TPM from within Windows' security settings, then re-enabling it in the BIOS.
