Also, did you check if your motherboard needs a BIOS update to fully support those features?

You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant directly from Microsoft's website, as it sometimes bypasses the regular update hurdles.

Same here. I had the same problem with my older machine. The Installation Assistant was the only thing that finally pushed it through for me.

Did you double-check if TPM 2.0 is actually enabled in your BIOS?

Yeah, and also make sure Secure Boot is turned on in there too—Windows 11 really wants both.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install instead of the upgrade path.

I had the same problem. The Health Check app lied to me too, and I finally got past it by using the Media Creation Tool on a USB drive.

+1 Yeah, that Media Creation Tool is the way to go. Just a tip: make sure to run the setup.exe directly from the USB drive, not through Windows Update.
