+1 And while you're in there, make sure Secure Boot is turned on too.

Can confirm. You could also try updating your BIOS, as sometimes an older version is what's blocking the TPM or Secure Boot check. Hope that helps.

+1 I had the same problem. My 6700k needed a BIOS update to enable the TPM setting before the checker would pass. Good luck!

This happened to me too. I had to manually enable fTPM in my BIOS, and then the checker finally gave me the green light. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, and after you turn that on, double-check that Secure Boot is enabled as well.

I had the same problem. My motherboard needed a BIOS update to enable the TPM 2.0 setting, even though the chip was technically capable.

Same here. This happened to me too. I had to manually enable fTPM in the BIOS before the checker would see it.

I had the same problem. Even after enabling TPM, I had to update my BIOS to the latest version before Windows 11 would finally install.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install instead of the upgrade path. Another option is to double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS along with TPM. Good luck!

I had the same problem with my 6700K. The Health Check tool was useless, but manually enabling TPM in the BIOS finally got the upgrade to go through.
