Can confirm. You could also check if there's a separate "PTT" setting in the BIOS, as that's Intel's version of the firmware TPM on that model. Good luck!
I had the same problem. I finally found the TPM setting buried in the BIOS under "Security" and had to enable it, then also turn on "Intel Platform Trust Technology."
Yeah, this happened to me too. After enabling those, I also had to clear the TPM from the security menu to get it to finally pass the check. Let me know if that works.
