Has anyone else hit a wall trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11? My PC meets all the requirements, but the installer keeps failing. I keep getting error code 0xC1900101, and it rolls back every time. It gets to about 85% installed, then just stops. I’ve run the update troubleshooter with no luck. Any ideas on what to try next?

Yeah, that 0xC1900101 is often driver-related; have you tried updating your graphics and chipset drivers before the upgrade?

Same here. I had the same problem. For me, it was an old external USB hub causing the rollback—unplugging everything non-essential finally let it finish.

Also, have you double-checked that your BIOS has Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 actually enabled, not just supported?
