Has anyone else hit a wall trying to upgrade to Windows 11? My PC meets the CPU and TPM requirements, but the PC Health Check app keeps failing me on RAM. I have 4GB installed and it runs Windows 10 fine, but the app says I need more. Is this an absolute block, or is there a workaround? The error just says "Doesn't meet minimum system requirements" with the RAM box unchecked.

Had the same problem. Yeah, that's an absolute block, 4GB is below the official minimum. You'd need to upgrade your RAM to at least 8GB to pass the check.

I had the same problem. I was stuck at 4GB too, and the only fix was buying and installing more RAM—after that, the upgrade went through.

Yeah, this happened to me as well. I tried a registry edit workaround I found online, but it caused so many stability issues I ended up just adding more RAM like the other person said. Hope that helps.

You could also try a clean boot to see if background software is interfering with the check. Another option is to just run the upgrade manually from the Microsoft website instead of using the PC Health Check app.

Agreed. Yeah, that clean boot tip is solid. Also, if you're comfortable with it, the official Media Creation Tool bypasses some of those checks.

This happened to me. I had 4GB too and that RAM check is a hard block, so I ended up adding another stick to finally get the upgrade.
