Yeah, I had the same problem. Even after enabling everything in BIOS, I had to clear the TPM in Windows security before the check finally passed. Hope that helps.

Agreed. Oh, did you also have to enable the "PTT" or "AMD fTPM" option specifically for your CPU? Hope that helps.

Yeah, and after that, did you remember to save the BIOS changes before exiting?

Agreed. Right, and did you also check if your motherboard's firmware mode is set to UEFI, not Legacy?

Yeah, and after you switch it to UEFI, you'll probably need to re-enable secure boot again. Hope that helps.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install, which sometimes bypasses those hardware check issues.

+1 Yeah, agreed. A clean install often works. Just a quick tip: double-check that Secure Boot is actually set to "Enabled," not just "Windows UEFI" mode in your BIOS.

Agreed, and one more thing: after you enable those settings, you might need to clear the TPM in Windows Security before the checker sees it.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do the upgrade, which sometimes bypasses those checker app headaches. Good luck!

Same here. Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Also, double-check that your BIOS is fully updated, as that can sometimes unlock the missing options.
