Agreed. That error code is often driver-related; have you tried using the Windows Update Assistant instead of the regular installer?

Can confirm. Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Also, try disconnecting any non-essential peripherals before running the update—sometimes a finicky USB device can cause those failures.

Yeah, For that specific error, have you checked if any third-party antivirus is running and tried disabling it temporarily? Let me know if that works.

+1 I had the same problem. Disabling my antivirus didn't fix it for me, but I finally got through by disconnecting all my peripherals except the mouse and keyboard.

This happened to me. I had to use the Media Creation Tool for a clean install, and that finally got my Bluetooth and battery settings back.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by temporarily disconnecting all my non-essential USB devices before running the upgrade again.
