This. Another option is to manually download the latest drivers directly from HP's website, choosing the Windows 11 version specifically.

Yeah, and sometimes you gotta uninstall the old driver in Device Manager first before the new one will take properly. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem with an old scanner. I had to manually download the Windows 10 driver from the manufacturer's site and install it in compatibility mode. Let me know if that works.

Agreed. This happened to me with my laptop's touchpad. I fixed it by going into Device Manager, uninstalling the driver, and letting Windows reinstall it after a restart.

For the touchpad, have you checked if there's a specific driver for it in your laptop's support section on HP's website?

Can confirm. And for that printer error, try uninstalling the device in Device Manager, then restart and let Windows re-detect it. Good luck!

Yeah, that usually works. Also, check HP's site directly for a newer driver—sometimes they post updated ones after a major Windows release.
