Same here. This happened to me after the last update. I had to go through and turn everything off all over again.

+1 Yeah, it's a known thing with major updates; you might want to check your diagnostic data settings too, as those often flip back.

Agreed, and it's a good idea to run the privacy dashboard after an update to catch anything else that changed.

Can confirm. Yeah, and double-check your app permissions in Settings > Privacy & security too, since those sometimes slip through.
