I’ve used a PIN to log in for years, but suddenly my laptop won’t accept it?

This happened to me after a recent update. I had to use my password to log in and then set up the PIN again from scratch. Hope that helps.

You could also try running the Windows Hello troubleshooter in Settings under Update & Security. Let me know if that works.
