Yeah, that's a common snag. You might need to switch your drive from RAID to AHCI mode in the BIOS after enabling TPM.

Yeah, and sometimes you need to disable CSM in the BIOS completely for Secure Boot to work properly. Hope that helps.

Agreed, switching to AHCI can do the trick. Also, double-check that Secure Boot is set to "Windows UEFI mode" and not just enabled.
