You could also try a clean install of Windows 11 from a USB drive, as the upgrade process itself might be corrupted. Hope that helps.

Same here. This happened to me. A clean install from USB was the only thing that finally fixed those CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED errors for me.

Agreed, and also double-check your BIOS is up to date—that can cause weird install issues.
