Has anyone else gotten constant blue screens after trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11? My PC meets the requirements, but the install fails and now I get random BSODs even on the old OS. The most common error is `KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED`. I’ve tried the update assistant and the Media Creation Tool with the same result. Any ideas on how to fix this or should I just do a clean install?

This happened to me. I finally fixed it by doing a clean install from a USB drive instead of using the upgrade assistant.

Also, have you checked if your BIOS is up to date, as an outdated version can sometimes cause this during an upgrade?
