I had this issue on my own ASUS board. After enabling fTPM, I also had to go into the security processor settings and clear the TPM, which finally let the check pass. Good luck!
I’m stuck trying to upgrade my Windows 10 PC to Windows 11. The PC Health Check app says my computer doesn’t meet the requirements, specifically pointing to TPM 2.0. My motherboard is an ASUS Z370-A, and I’ve gone into the BIOS to enable the fTPM setting, but I’m still getting the error. Has anyone with a similar board gotten past this? I’m not sure what else to try.
Same here. Agreed, enabling fTPM in the BIOS is the right step. Just make sure you also disable any legacy or CSM boot options for it to be detected properly.
