You might also want to check if there's a specific setting in the BIOS to switch it from 1.2 to 2.0. Let me know if that works.

I had the same problem. My older system only had TPM 1.2, and the BIOS didn't have an option to upgrade it, so I was stuck.

This. Yeah, that's the exact issue—Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, so you might need to check if your motherboard has a firmware update that enables it.
