Yeah, and did you also check if your motherboard's TPM is set to "Firmware" mode and not just "Discrete"?

Same here. You could also try a clean install from a USB drive, as the installer sometimes bypasses those checks.

This. You could also check if your motherboard needs a BIOS update to properly support those features.

I had the same problem. I finally got TPM enabled, only to have the installer fail halfway through and roll back.
