This. Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard, as that can sometimes enable proper support. Let me know if that works.

This. Yeah, and in the BIOS, is the TPM actually set to "Enabled" and not just "Discrete" or "Firmware"?

Also, is Secure Boot enabled? That's another sneaky requirement that can trip you up.

Can confirm. Yeah, and double-check that your TPM is actually enabled in the BIOS—it's often off by default.
