Yeah, did you check if TPM is enabled in your BIOS? That's often the issue. Good luck!

Agreed. Yeah, and if your BIOS doesn't have a TPM option, you might be able to enable something called PTT instead—it's Intel's version.

Can confirm. Right, so if PTT is there, turn that on and then run the check again.

I had the same problem with an older i7. The health check app was useless for figuring out the TPM part.
