+1 You could also try using the Media Creation Tool for a clean install, which sometimes resolves driver conflicts. Another option is checking the manufacturer's site for Windows 11-specific drivers for your tablet. Good luck!

Agreed. You could also try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, since it can sometimes fix driver issues automatically. Another option is using compatibility mode for those older peripherals if updated drivers aren't available. Good luck!

I had the same problem. The upgrade reset my taskbar and broke my scanner, so I had to manually find and install an older driver from the manufacturer's site.

Agreed, that driver hunt is a pain. One extra tip: try running the old driver installer in compatibility mode for Windows 10, it sometimes tricks the install.

Same here. Yeah, and for the taskbar thing, you might want to check if ExplorerPatcher is an option for you—it can restore some of that old flexibility.

Same here. For the driver error, have you tried manually downloading the latest driver from the tablet manufacturer's site instead of using Windows Update? Hope that helps.

Yeah, and for the taskbar, you might check if the "Lock the taskbar" option is checked in its right-click menu.

This happened to me with an old scanner. I had to hunt down a generic driver on the manufacturer's website to finally get it working again. Good luck!
