Thanks! I checked and it does say TPM 2.0, but now the upgrade says my processor isn't supported. What's going on?

I had the same problem. My ThinkPad had TPM 2.0, but the real blocker was an older Intel processor that wasn't on Microsoft's approved list.

Did you check if your specific CPU model is on Microsoft's official compatibility list?

Also, have you double-checked that TPM 2.0 is actually enabled in your BIOS?

Did you also check if Secure Boot is enabled, since that's a separate requirement?

Agreed. You could also try manually enabling TPM and Secure Boot in your BIOS, as sometimes they get reset or aren't on by default.

I had the same problem. On my machine, the health check tool was useless until I actually went into the BIOS and enabled Secure Boot—it wasn't just about TPM.

Agreed. You could also check if your processor is on Microsoft's official compatibility list, as some older "supported" models have specific requirements.
