Yeah, I had the same problem with that error code. My system image backup worked perfectly for a full restore, but I still manually copied my Documents folder for extra peace of mind.

You could also try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter first, as that specific error can sometimes be a glitch it can fix.

Yeah, that's a smart precaution—manually copying your Documents folder to another drive as well would give you extra peace of mind. Let me know if that works.
